ECOLOGICAL CHAPEL OF ST. FRANČIŠEK ASIŠKI IN BISTRIŠKI JAREK
The chapel serves as a symbol and points to the danger that threatens the valley of the Bistrica ditch - a flood wave of water trapped behind a dam that would flood the valley if the dam loosened. That's about 22 million cubic feet of water in an artificially impounded lake. There is a bridge by the chapel across Bistrica, through which you reach Sedelnik waterfall. From here you can reach St. Jernej chapel after hiking the marked trail an hour and a half. There is a restored nativity scene next to the chapel, which comes to life most during Christmas time.More information:

ROSE MANOR (ROSENHOF)
Rosenhof or “Rose manor” presumably dates back to the 16th century. The apartment building is distinguished by architectural details from the beginning of 17th century, wooden beam ceilings are especially important for this period. The stone house portal with wooden roses was added later. The stone outbuilding with a steep shingle roof and a vaulted ground floor represents a special value of the courtyard. The characteristic stone window frame, painted on buckwheat grain, places the base of the building in the late Gothic. For sightseeing call: 00386 31 365 695 (Edi Korat). Weitere Infos:

Carinthian painter Janez Repnik focuses exclusively on social issues within the basic content of suffering. He turned to expressive, rustic stylised figurines within the framework of a loose notion of naive, which he exceeds, especially due to his psychological profundity.More information:
