GOLICA (SOBOTH) DAM IN AUSTRIA

A few kilometres from the city Labot, there is a fjord-like mountain lake Soboth. The Soboth water reservoir was built in the early 1990s as a reservoir for the constructed Koralpe hydropower station located in Lavamünd. Due to the construction of an embankment dam, it acts like a natural mountain lake at 1080 m above the sea level. The lake is a popular hiking goal and attracts a lot of bathers in the summertime. NATURAL LAKE LAVAMÜND IN AUSTRIA
